Mater Health and Wellness provides clients with access to a team of leading allied health specialists as an extension of the exceptional care provided through Mater private hospitals.
Working together and with the wider medical community, Mater Health and Wellness provide a coordinated approach to individual treatment programs.
Each patient receives an individualised program for optimal health and wellness during recovery from stress, injury or illness.
Services provided include audiology, psychology and counselling, home-based therapies, nutrition and dietetics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech pathology.
Mater Health and Wellness is a not-for-profit provider of high quality private allied health services. Available to the wider community, Mater staff and their families, Mater Health and Wellness offers a coordinated approach to individual treatment programs. Any profit is reinvested back into health care by way of clinical equipment, patient resources, development of new services and professional development.
Mater Staff
Mater Staff are also welcome to access services at Mater Health and Wellness. Benefits for staff include:
- Easy access before or after work to Mater Health and Wellness (clinic is situated on the Ground Floor of Mater Private Clinic, adjacent to the Mater Hill Busway)
- Fees for staff and their families can be salary packaged through SOMPak.
